Shipping and Delivery

We ship all hurricane fans from our warehouses in Pennsylvania and Ohio. Transit times depend on location from delivery, with most people receiving their packages in 3-4 business days. LTL shipments usually take a day or two longer to account for loading and unloading times.

 

Yes, we offer express shipping through FedEx. Rates are based on package weight

No, we don’t currently offer international shipping.

You will receive your tracking number automatically via email.

Call our team 724-402-1326 as soon as possible to adjust the delivery address prior to shipping out your order. Once your order has shipped, we cannot change the address.

Returns and exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy which starts after you receive your item. To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase for us to generate a return shipping label with instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. There is a 10% restocking fee for all returned items.

Yes, to qualify for a return the item must be in its original packaging with all included parts and accessories.

After inspecting your item, please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement if the product is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Yes, we will generate a prepaid shipping label for you to return the item.

Payment and billing

We accept Via, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. There is no additional charge for using any of the accepted payment options. Business and wholesale orders can be paid with ACH bank transfer.

Some of our accepted payment providers provide installment payment options if you use their services and are approved. For business and wholesale orders we accept financing and NET terms on a case-by-case basis.

If your payment method has already been approved and charged we will have to cancel the order and you will need to place a new order to change the payment method. Business and wholesale order payment methods can be updated at anytime prior to payment.
